Applications: Controlling Generator Operation / To synchronize multiple Generator sets onto a common bus.

Switch Board Features:

  • Panel assemblies in conformance with requirements of IEC 61439-1&2 for LV Switchgear Assemblies.
  • Panels Free Standing, Floor Mounted, Front/ Rear Access with Forms of Segregation Form 2/Form 4.
  • Capability to synchronize multiple Gensets.
  • Microprocessor based Controllers for automatic synchronizing with options to have automatic load sharing .
  • HDHC Tinned Copper bus bars with 99.9 % conductivity.
  • Application based automation via PLC’s / BMS to suit customer / project requirements
  • Adequate cable space for ease of field cable termination and cable entry options available from TOP or BOTTOM.
  • Commissioning assistance can be provided as an option.

Auto Mains Failure Panels ( AMF)

Applications: To provide automatic changeover between two or more electrical sources.
Panel assemblies in conformance with requirements of IEC 61439-1 & 2 for LV Switchgear Assemblies

Switch board Features:

  • Switchboards Wall mounting/ Floor Mounting, with Form of Separation ranging Form-2 to Form 4.
  • Customized design for various cable entry provisions.
  • User friendly Microprocessor based Controllers for Automatic Transfer of supply sources with options to have automatic load sharing
  • Enclosure Ingress protections upto IP 42
  • Application based automation via PLC’s / BMS to suit customer / project requirements
  • Adequate cable space for ease of field cable termination and cable entry options available from TOP or BOTTOM
  • Commissioning assistance can be provided as an option

  • ACBs/ MCCBs as Incomers conforming to IEC 60947-2.

  • Enclosure in Sheet Steel or Glass Re-inforced Plastic (GRP) with Ingress protections in IP55 & IP65. Paint Finish in Grey as per RAL 7032 or 7035. Options also available for Single walled / double walled Aluminium enclosures with rain canopy
  • Full Rain Canopy integral on enclosure
  • Conventional / PLC operated control systems suiting to the logic of operations.
  • 99.9 % conductivity HDHC Tinned Copper bus bars available as air insulated or heat shrinkable PVC Insulated Sleeving
  • Adequate cable space for ease of field cable termination and cable entry options from BOTTOM. Other cable entry options on request
